He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miller and Esther Miller (Book); and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Miller (Beebe); the mother of his children Carolyn; his children, Marie Urabe (David), Heather Weldy (David), Scott Miller (Viktoriya) and Grant Miller (Janet); and his sisters, Judy and Lynette. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Struve and Laporte Funeral Chapel (41 W San Luis St, Salinas, CA 93901). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
