She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Dorothy Smith; and her sisters, Carol Ann Whitebrook and Stephanie Hardin. She is survived by: her husband Richard K Rhodes; her daughters, Sarah DeSantis (John) and Elena Mueller (Topher); her grandchildren, Nico (Rachel), Anthony and Julia; and her sister Sherry Pauly.
