She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manzanita Garcia (Richard) of Salinas and Frank Tabula of Santa Cruz; her husband Michael Orozco; her daughter Nicole Chavez (Ivan) of Salinas; her grandchildren, Ivan, Emmali, Kalea and Lorenzo Chavez; her daughter Laura Orozco of Salinas; her grandchildren, Leilani Galiste, Preanna Cunha and Preston Cunha Jr.; her son Jason Orozco of Salinas; her siblings, Alicia Martinez (Tabula) of Morgan Hill, Nanette Tabula of Gilroy, Kimberly Ronhoudee of Temecula, Greg Tabula of Santa Cruz, Allen Tabula of Salinas, Marc Rodriguez of Salinas, Vincent Tabula of Aptos and Jim Grady of Elko; her nieces and nephews, Tianna Rodriguez of Salinas, Sarah Celestino of Hollister, Brian Celestino of Sunnyvale and Jordan Celestino of Campbell; her mother-in-law Gail Orozco of Watsonville; her brothers-in-law, Jon Orozco of Fort Lauderdale and Brian Orozco of Folsom; and her pets, Kona and Raider. She was also cherished by extended family members, including aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alta Vista Mortuary (41 E Alisal St, Salinas, CA 93901). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Venture Church (320 Church St, Salinas, CA 93901). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (18200 Damian Way, Prunedale, CA 93907). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Venture Church (320 Church St, Salinas, CA 93901). Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
