He is survived by: his wife Frances Mill; his children, Steve Mill (Barbara), Ernie Mill (Janet), Melissa Caster (Craig) and Rebecca Pherigo (Rolf); and his siblings, Arlene Bertlesman and Mervin Leroy Mill. He is also survived by grandchildren, one great grandchild.
