He is survived by: his mother Irma Maria Fernandez; and his brothers, Jesse James Fernandez Jr. and Jerry Lewis Fernandez.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Chris's little brother, Jerry Fernandez, who will be covering the Celebration of Life / Memorial Service expenses as well as charity donations to local recovery homes on behalf of Big Chris.
