He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Ann Lowe (Jan); his children, John Lowe (Tori), Grant Lowe (Betty), Bryn Whipple (Rich Moore), Sunny Johnson (Nathan), Vance Lowe (Shelly) and Spencer Lowe (Kellie); his sisters, Judy Herrbach (Larry) and Karen Hill (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Susan Lowe and Toni Christensen (DeLoss). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
