He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Strange; his parents, Bill Strange and LaRue Harper; and his stepfather Edward Harper. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanne Riddle of Redlands and Sandra Livingston (Bryan) of Los Alamitos; his grandchildren, Jessica Riddle, Katie Livingston, Will Livingston and Allie Livingston; and his stepbrother Edward Harper Jr.. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
