He was predeceased by : his parents, Deputy Chief and Agnes Lorraine Quigley; and his siblings, Margaret, James, Mary and Claire.
He is survived by : his wife Carol Quigley (Phelan); his children, Gregory Quigley, Brian Quigley and Michelle Mohr Hoffman (Shelley); his children-in-law, Sally Quigley (Emory) and Wes Hoffman; his grandchildren, James, Kathleen and Robert Quigley; his siblings-in-law, Kirk Veale and Patty Veale (Phelan); and his nieces and nephews, Rodney, Kevin, Adrienne McInnis, Rose Salazar, Jill Medin and Troy Phelan.
