She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Wilson Proctor and Mary Anna Proctor (Driver); her husband Gerald Alton "Jerry" Freck; and her siblings, Ann Proctor Hanger and Marion Bruce Proctor.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Martha Hanger Glass and Robert Philip Hanger (Gail).
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Green Hill Cemetery.
