With solemn reverence, we commemorate Chanel Loretta Kotewa (San Diego, California), born in Fairmont, Minnesota, whose life came to an end on April 13, 2024 at the age of 84, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ignatius Kotewa and Agnes Kotewa (Studer); her husband Arthur Magnuson; and her sister Joyce Wehner (Kotewa). She is survived by : her stepdaughter Lynnea Parker (Joel Rodriguez) of Bryan, TX; her stepgrandsons, Trenton and Dustin Parker; her brothers, David Kotewa (Patricia), Larry Kotewa (Julia) and Mark Kotewa (DeDe); and her close friend Nancy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A reception was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. A committal service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley (5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121).
