With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia A. Barbat of San Diego, California, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 14, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Cynthia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Cynthia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Virgil; her children, David (Jamaica) and Sara (David); and her grandchildren, Sam, Avery, Brix and Bishop.
