He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Sterling and Barbara Sterling (Wayland). He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Keith of Beverly Hills and Curt (José) of San Diego; and his sister Barbara (Pam) of Myrtle Beach.
