She is survived by: her husband William Carroll Toups; and her children, Deborah Ann Marine (Allen) of Hendersonville, TN, Cynthia Theresa Lepore of Alexandria, VA, Mary Jacqueline McEntire (John) of Gallatin, TN, William Carroll Toups, Jr. of Dallas, TX and John Malcolm. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; cherished nieces, nephews, and extended family; and good friends.
