He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughter Kyelunye Worthey; and his grandsons, Andrew Adegbola and Fredrick Worthey. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Memorial AME Church (3085 K St, San Diego, CA 92102). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (4300 Imperial Ave, San Diego, CA 92113-1900).
