He is survived by: his children, Gene Clark Bellar and Sandy Bellar; his stepchildren, Paula Souza and Paul StAmand; and his grandchildren, Brittni, Carol, Tonya, Jason, Chad, Cody and Jami. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
