He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Vickers (Needham); and his parents, Gilfred James Vickers Sr. and June Williams Vickers (Pynes). He is survived by: his children, Belinda Tattoli (Vickers) and James Vickers; his grandchildren, Connor Vickers, Hannah Cutchall (Vickers), Kaylea Tattoli and Lindsay Tattoli; his great grandchild Maybelle Cutchall; and his sister Patricia Petrie (Vickers).
Viewing was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Et Clairemont Mortuary Chapel (4266 Mt Abernathy Ave, San Diego, CA 92117). The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Miramar National Cemetery (5795 Nobel Dr, San Diego, CA 92122).
