He is survived by: his siblings, Laura Mayer, Jim Mayer, Jan Pagel of Oshkosh, WI and Julie Leighton; his sister-in-law Deanna Mayer; his siblings' children, Alyson Mayer, Whitney Villmer and Arin Pagel of Oshkosh, WI; his great-nephew Caleb; his uncle Jerry; his aunt Emily; and his cousins, Margie, Steven and Michael.
