He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Janie Lou Stokes and William Ulysses Piland (Bill); his sisters, Cassie and Pam; his nephews, Evan and David; and his niece Chrissie. He was also cherished by his family, friends, and coworkers.

He also lost two former roommates to COVID. And now we have lost Jeff to cancer.
