She is also survived by children and grandchildren.

“My family and Joan's family were neighbors growing up. We all lived across the street from one another. We did alot of stuff together and had alot of fun. They moved in my teens and we all lost contact. But they were a wonderful family and I wish Dean and Joan were my parents. Im deeply saddened at the loss of them both.
