He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth and John A.. He is survived by: his former wife Janet; his children, John C. (Krystina), Janae (Michael) and Jessica (Todd); and his sister Margaret (Melvin). He is also survived by one granddaughter and three grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in John R. Baker's behalf to Wounded Warriors Project.
