With profound sadness, we say goodbye to José Francisco Silva Finete of San Diego, California, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Andrade Finete and Conceicao Juliana Finete; his brother Justino J. Finete; his sister-in-law Florinda Finete; his sister Maria Rosaria Faria; his brother-in-law Joao Faria; his nephew Justin Finete; and his in-laws, Manuel and Nazary Caboz.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Caboz Finete; his children, Joseph Manuel Finete, James Peter Finete and Jeanette Diana Finete; his granddaughter Julia Madeira Finete; his siblings-in-law, Diane, Frank Souza, Linda and William Peterson; and his sibling's children, Michael Finete, Grace Finete, Beverly McConnell, Frank Souza III, Michele Medeiros, Denise Blair, Janelle Correia, Lauren Kaliskis and Christina Peterson.
A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (1140 Evergreen St, San Diego, CA 92106).
