Khamvay Monsavath Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Khamvay Monsavath of San Diego, California, who passed away on September 17, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Khamvay may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Monsavath, Khamphan Monsavath, Be La, Susan Nguyen and Dina Tran. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 9:15 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (2725 55th St, San Diego, CA 92105). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (4300 Imperial Ave, San Diego, CA 92113).
