He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rivkin and Ann Rivkin. He is survived by: his wife Naomi; his sons, David and Jonathan Rivkin (Shelly); his grandchildren, Ashley Stone (Sam), Jason, Jordan and Alexis Rivkin; and his great grandchildren, Kaya and Serena Stone.
