“Leonard was my friend and co-worker. He was always there for me when we were working on projects. We shared my times just talking and telling Sea Stories. Leonard always sharing the wealth, as in the Mine Warfare cooking school graduation lunches. My wife and I shared dinner with him on the 1 year anniversary of the passing of his wonderful wife. I kept in contact with him after I retired, we always shared humor. I’m sure that he will be missed by all of his family, friends, and colleagues. Peace to you.”
