He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pheng and Thanh; his spouse Thongvanh; his children, Nilakhone, Linda, John, Laura and Sarah; and his grandchildren, Aswut and Raiden Toscano. He was also cherished by his sister, along with many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Evans-Brown Mortuary - Sun City (27010 Encanto Dr, Sun City, CA 92585). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
