She was predeceased by: her mother Rosetta Catherine Flanagan; her husband Michael Smiley; her father John Flanagan; her sister Ann Flanagan; her nieces, Nicole Ayers (Flanagan), Tara Koenig (Flanagan) and Timi McMillin (Soehlke); and her brother-in-law Keith Cason.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Smiley and Colleen Smiley; her siblings, Jack Flanagan (Carol) and Carol Palmer (Gardner); her sisters-in-law, Patricia Soehlke (Jim), Eileen McKay (Jim) and Mary Ellen Cason; and her pet Billy. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
