He was predeceased by: his father Jerry F. Bohnsack; his nephew Baby Boy Reimers; and his grandparents, Jim, Martha Avery, Chancy and Opal Bohnsack.
He is survived by: his mother Dixie L. Avery; his sister Kristi Bohnsack; his niece Melissa Reimers; and his great-nephew Carter Reimers of Sheridan.
