He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Johnson and Ada Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Myra Wilson; and his children, Marvella, Melvin, Terry, Jessie, Tyler, Norvel, Ollie and Kevin. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; cousins; and nephew.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Preferred Cremation & Burial Chapel (6406 University Ave, San Diego, CA 92115).
