“Dear children of Paul Downs, I'm the sister of Paul's wife, Carol. She is incapacitated, but I know if she was able, she would be heartbroken at his passing. He was a good husband to her. I enjoyed spending time with him when I visited from VA.He was always kind to me and very hospitable. She would be heartbroken to hear of his death. Please know that he will be missed. God bless him.
