He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allard and Ruth Allard; and his siblings, Kenneth Allard, David Allard, Esther Morck and Shirley Childress.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sister Sandi Ericson of Ankeny, Iowa; his children, Christopher Allard of Florida, Deana Bochmann of Minnesota and Jennifer Allard of San Diego, California.; and his grandson Kiernan Smith of San Diego. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
