He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Costa and Ida Costa. He is survived by: his siblings, Grace and Charles; his family, Life While and Theresa Marie McAlice; his sister Virginia Doering; his children, Theresa Ray, Frank Costa (Jan) and Carol Nix (Mike); his grandchildren, Bryan Nix (Dara), Jamie Price (Sean), Tony Nix (Christa), Danielle Costa and Nick Costa; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Harrison, Madison, Brayden, Paxton and Nolan.
