He is survived by: his wife Bounhom Xaykosy; his daughters, Annie Mounyvong (Joe Mounyvong) and Amala Xaykosy-Scott (Phil Scott); and his grandchildren, Adara Scott, Aryah Mounyvong and Kobe Mounyvong.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory (3953 Imperial Ave, San Diego, CA 92113). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
