She is survived by: her daughter Sue; her husband Ken Blake of Purlear, NC; her children, Chris of Lakewood, FL, Andy of Gulfport, MS, Heather and Melissa (Paul Kosinski) of San Diego, CA; her foster daughter Ann-Marie Jones Jensen of Hendersonville, NC; her brothers, Gary Gottschalk of Bedford, OH and Jim Gottschalk of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Madeline Blake of St. Joseph, MI, Zofie Lou, Mila Sue Kosinski of San Diego and Beau Louis Born of Santa Cruz, CA; and her stepgranddaughters, Elery and Ivy Born of Santa Cruz, CA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
