He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Daly and Mary Daly. He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his sons, Kevin (Jen), Brendan (Sunny), Michael (Julia) and Sean (Carly); his grandchildren, Patrick, Rose, Finn, Nola and Rowan; and his siblings, Mary Jo (George), Jim (Donna) and Mark (Lynn).
