He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Giltner and Dorla B. Giltner; his wife Emiliana Rose; his children, Irvin Giltner, Thomas Martin Giltner, Jr., Jesse Giltner, Lillian Giltner Impastato, William Giltner and Shirley Giltner Johnston; and his siblings, John Giltner and Suann Hughes. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
