It is with sadness that the passing of Chaz Clinton MacSwan of San Francisco, California is shared. Chaz, born on March 21, 1954, passed away on September 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles MacSwan and Mary MacSwan; and his brother Neil MacSwan. He is survived by: his sister Josephine Rosales (Zabaz); his nieces, Heather Costello (Andy) and Marisa Remak (Mike); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew, Nicholas, Sean, Melina Costello, Ashby, Ryan and Sadie Remak.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Adobe Creek Funeral Home (331 Lakeville St, Petaluma, CA 94952).
