He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lewis (Hozack); his children, Lynnette Lewis and Robert Lewis; his grandson James Finneas Graham; and his sisters, Kathy Folck (Lewis) and Sarah Van Dyke (Lewis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
