He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, David Bagby (Virgia) and Wendi Labbie (John); his grandchildren, Nicole Tupoumalohi (Daniel), Courtney Lupilin (Dima), Garrett Bagby, Matt Labbie (Daniella) and Mitch Labbie (Ana); and his great grandchildren, Mila, Makenna, Chase and Kaylee.
