He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Oliva Cowperthwaite (Neil) and Lucas Talavan-Becker; his grandson Charlie Cowperthwaite; his mother Victoria Ovejero Mateos; and his sister Marivi Talavan Ovejero (Angel). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
