He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabino Manzanares (Maria Inocente Campos) and Froylan; and his wife Beatriz Manzanares Avalos. He is survived by: his children, Leticia Manzanares, Gerardo Manzanares, Oscar Manzanares and Cristina Manzanares Mendoza; his grandchildren, Jose Luis Orgaz, Gerard Anthony Manzanares, Nicholas Jose Luis Manzanares, Andrea Manzanares, Monique Kristine Ortega, Daniel Hugo Mendoza and Gabriel Hugo Mendoza; his great grandchildren, Alanna, Mia Simone, Avrie, Mateo Froylan, Awnix, Ariana Marie, Christian Amari, Milo Gerard, Nayari Mayahuel, Avian and Sophia Josie; and his brother Victor Manzanares.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duggan's Serra Mortuary (500 Westlake Ave, Daly City, CA 94014). A rosary was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church (60 Wellington Ave, Daly City, CA 94014). Viewing was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 7:30 PM.
