He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Protopresbyter Stephen and Panimatka Hope Hallick-Holutiak. He is survived by: his wife Gina Hallick; and his siblings, Stephen Hallick (Ann), Dareen Swartzlander (late Charles) and Donna Bergey (Edward). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
