He is survived by: his father Steven P. Burdick of North Adams, MA.; his daughter Hailey Krysh (Juba McClay Jr.); his granddaughter Nakiya McClay of Arizona; his siblings, Amy Phelps and Steven J. Burdick; and his grandparents, Larry Burdick and Joann Gaffey (Wiles) of Williamstown. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
