He was predeceased by: his son Michael A. Carter III; and his grandmother Camille Clark. He is survived by: his close friend Erica Winfrey; his children, Ki'Michael, My'Kyngg, Kimmie, Kyhari and Mi'Luv; his parents, Danielle Clark and Michael Carter Sr.; and his grandmother Cathy Carter. He is also survived by four sisters; three brothers; four aunts; four uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
