He was predeceased by: his stepfather Ray Thomas; his stepbrothers, Richard and Raymond Thomas; his brother-in-law Earl Exum; and his niece Jessica Bledsoe.
He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Plendl (Mosley); his son-in-law George Plendl; his granddaughter Elsie Plendl; his mother Judy Thomas; his siblings, Lynette Tiner, Pamela Mosley, Valerie Exum and Frank Mosley; and his sister-in-law Teri Mosley. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
