He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Chu and Huan-Tang Chu. He is survived by: his wife Dan-Chu Yu; his son Ryan; his siblings, Robert, Marion and Helen; and his nieces, Steph and Jennifer.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Redwood City Woman's Club (149 Clinton St, Redwood City, CA 94062).
