He was predeceased by: his wife Margot Sweet. He is survived by: his brother Gerry (Shirley); and his sibling's children, Greg Costanzo, Jennifer McKown, Mark Costanzo and Brian Costanzo.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Epiphany (827 Vienna St, San Francisco, CA 94112).
