From 1980 through 2008 when I retired from lobbying, I can honestly say that Rusty was one of the most congenial, yet effective advocates at the Capitol. Rusty was respected by elected officials and their staff and enjoyed a reputation for being prepared and knowledgeable on this issues. He will be missed and remembered. Maurice Priest”
