He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Joanne Warner and Marianne Brossmer Stout. He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Stout and Christopher Stout; and his brothers, Joshua and Jonathan Stout. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wellshire Presbyterian Church (2999 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80222).

In lieu of flowers, and in loving memory of Sam, the family invites those wishing to express their sympathy to consider a contribution to the Salzburg Travel Grant Fund at the University of Redlands.
