He is survived by: his wife Theresa Minter (Starks); his sons, Demond Whitfield (Shauntee Williams-Whitfield) and Dontavius Minter, Sr. (Miriam); his grandchildren, Terrance Montgomery of Los Angeles, CA, Xavier Whitfield of Los Angeles, CA, Dontavius Minter, Jr. of Springfield, MO, Jediah Minter of Springfield, MO and LJay Minter of Springfield, MO; and his siblings, Linda Daniels of Tulsa, OK, Arnell Taylor (Wayne), Janice Purley McArthur of Wade, NC, Angela Stewart (Eugene), Lisa Brown of Sallisaw, OK, Ricky Ray Hill (Rachel Hill), Emmanuel Lee Hill of Las Vegas, NV, Glen Wayne Johnson of Tulsa, OK and Troy McKay Carter (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
