He was predeceased by: his son Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Gayle and Mark; his stepchildren, Tom, Sue and Don; and his niece Louise. He is also survived by 6 children, 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
